About the Author Demetra D. Logothetis, R.D.H., M.S., is the Director and Associate Professor of the Dental Hygiene Program at the University of New Mexico. She has been at UNM since 1986, and has served as Program Director since 1996. She received her Master of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1986, and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of New Mexico in 1985.
